Bank Loans

Definitely. All our lands have clear titles and are approved by major commercial banks (BOC, Peoples Bank, Sampath Bank, Commercial Bank, HNB) for quick housing and land purchase loans. We provide all the legal documents needed for bank loan submissions.

Buying Process

The standard reservation fee is LKR 100,000. This fee holds the property for 14 days while the sale agreements and down payments are finalized.

Installments

Yes! We offer highly flexible payment plans. You can secure any plot by paying a reservation fee (e.g. LKR 100,000), pay 40% as a down payment within 14 days, and settle the remaining balance in interest-free monthly installments or via a bank loan.

Legal Documents

Registration

Once the full payment is settled, the transfer deed is drafted by our lawyers, signed by both parties/directors, and sent to the Land Registry. Typically, the registered deed is returned to you within 4 to 6 weeks.
